1 Day Refresher Course
This course is designed to re-validate an operators training records and operating standards, which is a requirement every 3 years.
The maximum number of delegates for this one day course is 3.

1 Day Conversion Course
Designed for experienced operators who are required to operate other types of lift trucks.
The maximum number of delegates for this one day course is 3.

2 Day Forklift Training Course – Experienced
This course is designed for the fork truck operator who has had extensive practical experience, but has not received any formal training and does not hold a licence.
The maximum number of delegates for this two day course is 3.

3 Day Basic Operators Course
This novice course is planned for those who have very little knowledge and experience of lift truck operation.
The maximum number of delegates for this three day course is 3.

Course content
All courses cover both theoretical and practical training and examination, and follow guidelines set down by the RTITB – Road Transport Industry Training Board

  • Pre operational checks

  • Charging/refuelling/LPG changing/housing

  • Defect reporting procedures

  • Manoeuvring skills

  • Stacking/de-stacking – load handling skills

  • Lift truck attachments

  • Operator safety & operation

  • Practical examination

Successful candidates will receive either a nationally recognised certificate of training or a company in-house training certificate.
